Shipping Policy

 

1. HOW DO we SHIP YOUR ORDERS?

Orders from select places within Noida are delivered either by us through our proprietary stores or through our authorized delivery personals. Orders to other cities in India are not delivered. We ship certain heavy items by van while other light items are shipped by bike.

You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions. If your order has dissimilar items such as, a Milk Pouch, any milk product item, eggs or any consumable, they may be shipped separately. Items from multiple orders may also be combined into the same package if the orders meet the following criteria:

  • Multiple orders are placed through the same customer account.
  • The orders are being shipped to the same address.
  • Items from each order are located at the same proprietary store.
  • The orders are shipping at around the same time.

 

Combining items from multiple orders into a single package won't change the amount of shipping you pay for each order. You'll be charged separate shipping charges for each of your orders. Your orders will be consolidated into the fewest number of shipments possible.

2. DO we SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS?

No we do not ship any international Location we currently ship only within select places within Noida.

3. HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

We ship from Monday to Sunday excluding public holidays.

We endeavor to deliver your order within 3 hours from receipt of a valid order and a valid shipping address, for Noida. For the rest of the cities, we are planning to deliver our orders soon. This is however dependent on product availability and may take longer to ship in case the product(s) ordered are not in stock.

Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is accurate, complete with your name, pin code and telephone number.

4. HOW CAN YOU TRACK YOUR ORDER ?

The order status is updated in the My Orders section on the website. Alternatively, you can query the order status from the contact us section on our website and we will revert with the order status at the earliest on your email registered with us.

5. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES ?

All orders above Rs. 500 are delivered free of cost i.e. at no shipping cost.

For orders less than Rs. 500, we usually charge flat shipping rate of Rs.50. This may however vary on the type of order being shipped (Express Delivery/ Normal Delivery) and will be displayed on the website.

All items quoted are inclusive of any sales tax and all other local taxes and you have to pay no additional charge other than the price quoted for the item and the shipping charges, at the time of the delivery.

Note: Certain additional procedures may apply to your order depending upon your order type, the utility of your order, the order size and the area/locality the order is being delivered to.

6. CAN YOU SHIP ONE ORDER TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES ?

Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. Addresses furnished for an order once placed cannot be changed.
