What is the Payment Mode for Refund?
It would remain the same as paid by you to Zopguru.com while placing an order. If you have paid online, then it will be returned online, if you have paid using Cash on Delivery option then it can be refunded either via cash or cheque based on customer's discretion. Refund details would be sent on to the email ID provided while placing the order and cheque would be dispatched to the shipping address mentioned while placing the order.
I ordered Cash on Delivery (COD) order and paid the shipping charges. If I return the product, will I be paid back the Shipping charges as well?
Only the Product amount would be refunded as we do not refund the shipping charges paid by you as per our policy.
