No. You will not be charged for Registration on Zopguru.com
Q.3. What if I don’t register on Zopguru.com?
If you don’t register on Zopguru.com then you can only look for and add products to the cart but to checkout and place order, you would need to register. In case you checkout without registering then you would be prompted to register if you are not logged in.
Q.4. How many registrations can I have?
There can only be one account per email address and contact phone number.
Q.1. What is My Account?
Once you login to Zopguru.com, the section that opens is - My Account. In this section you will be able to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.
Q.2. How do I reset my password?
You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.
Q.3. What are credit notes & where can I see my credit notes?
Credit notes reflect the amount of money which you have pending in your Zopguru account to use against future purchases. This is calculated by deducting your total order value minus undelivered value. You can see this in “My Account” under credit note details.
Q.4. What is My Shopping List?
My Shopping List is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on Zopguru.com. This enables you to shop quickly and easily in future.
Q.1. How can I pay?
We give you the ease of paying when your order is delivered. Cash on Delivery (COD) or you can pay online through Paytm as per your convenient.
Q.2. Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?
The VAT is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by Zopguru to your order. The prices you see on our product pages are the prices you pay. There is a delivery charge of Rs. 50 on orders below Rs. 499.
Q.3. Where do I enter the coupon code?
Once you are done with selecting your Products, then click on view cart from there the list of selected items page will be open. At the end of the page there is a space below from where you have to apply the coupon to avail the offers.

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you.

We deliver your orders at our own, we have an efficient field team for distributing the orders who have good knowledge of their respective areas of delivery.
Q.1. What are delivery slots?
Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order.Zopguru.com currently offers 3 delivery slots each day. These are: a) Slot 1 - 9:00 am to 11:00 am, b) Slot 2 - 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, c) Slot 3 - 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Q.2. Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?
Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Q.3. How do I add or remove products after placing my order?
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.
How long will my chosen slot be blocked for me? 5 minutes. After this the slot will be released for other shoppers on the website.
Q.4. Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?
No you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible.

One can cancel an item by calling our Customer Care Number (0120) 4277666 or send an email at Customercare@Zopguru.com but one cannot cancel the items in the order in which coupon is applied. If there is any Quality Issue we will be happy to replace the product.

We have designed environment friendly carry bags and use them for packaging purpose of your order. Our team is cautious to keep all the editable items in one pack and other cleaning agents separately.

Q.2. What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, expired) & how do I return products purchased on Zopguru.com?
Questions asked return policy for all products except perishable and dairy goods. In case you are not satisfied with a product received or received any defective/broken/leaking and expired item you can return it to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team within 1 to 2 days and we will do the needful. You need to send photo of the condition of article with reason of return on our email and our customer support team will contact you and do the needful.
Other Products purchased on Zopguru.com be returned if unopened and in resalable condition. For dairy products we accept the return only at the time of delivery hence insist to check the product at the time of receiving the goods.
Q.3. How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?
The amount will be refunded in your wallet to use as store credit in your forthcoming purchases. And can be refunded as cash if your order was above Rs 500. In case of credit card payments we can also credit the money back to your credit/debit card or Net Banking which takes up to 10-15 working days to feature in your statement.
